Quality assurance is one of our top priorities. The diagnostic services are certified according to the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000, and crucial aspects of GLP, GMP and GCP have been implemented at DDL. Besides the official quality standards, DDL is often guided by its customers to implement tailor-made quality requirements, including the full spectrum of logistic and diagnostic activities.
Our employees are continuously trained in the application of quality assurance principles throughout our organisation.
We participate in (inter)national quality control programs relevant to our activities to ensure the high quality of our services, and we are involved in organizing such quality control programs.
